What if a customer wants to talk to a person?
They just say so. The conversation comes straight to you or your office with everything they’ve said so far, and anything urgent (no cooling in a heat wave, say) is flagged to you right away.
How fast is setup?
Live within 7 days of a 30-minute kickoff call. You tell us your services, service area and how you book; we write the messages and you approve them. For founding clients, setup is free.
What happens after the pilot?
If the 14-day pilot recovered at least 3 leads and you want to keep it, it’s $497/month (R3,500/month in SA), locked for 6 months, month to month and cancel anytime. If it didn’t, you pay nothing and we remove it.
Do you work with SA businesses?
Yes. In South Africa it runs on WhatsApp, which is how most of your customers message anyway. The founding rate is R3,500/month, and customer data is handled in line with POPIA.
What counts as a “booked appointment” on reactivation?
A confirmed appointment in your calendar from a reactivated past customer. That’s the only thing the $50 fee applies to. If nobody books, you pay nothing.
Are the texts compliant?
Yes. We only message people who called you or are already your customers, and every text includes an easy opt-out (reply STOP). In the US, messaging is TCPA-compliant; in South Africa, data is handled in line with POPIA.
